In 2011 he become a partner and managing director in the swiss based Arrow Advisory AG. He is responsible for the client and business development in the Czech Republic.
In 2003 - 2010 he was a co-founder and member of the Board of directors at Glisco a.s., a financial advisory firm. He sold the stake in the Czech Republic’s firm and decided to invest into swiss based asset management and consulting firm. In 2010 he completed solar power projects of total 3,3 MW for his private clients.
In 2001 - 2003 he worked as a senior private banker in Citibank a.s., Czech Republic. He was advising to and responsible for the top private clients of the bank.
In 1999 - 2001 he was working in the area of investment banking. He worked for Lazard Brothers & Co. in London and for Czech Revitalization Agency a.s., a state workout and restructuring vehicle. He was a member of the crisis management of TATRA a.s., a heavy-duty truck producer.
In 1994 - 1997 he worked as an equity research analyst for Citicorp a.s. and CS First Boston (Praha) a.s., Czech Republic.
Kamil Kolesa graduated from Prague School of Economics and holds his master degree in finance and accounting.
